I normally wouldn't put up a photo from my point and shoot - but I thought this was a pretty cool photo. This was taken awhile back during a short trip to DC. What was neat is that in every picture I've ever seen of the Washington Monument, you could never see the different color bricks. Well, this one you can't either - I saw it in person. Cool stuff.
I did some editing on this with curves. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get out all the crap the small little CCD put in there. Ah well, still came out pretty good me thinks.
